In a game of Brazilian musical chairs, Vitor Belfort is out of his UFC 139 fight with Cung Le and Wanderei Silva is in.  The reasons for Belfort's withdrawal are cited as an injury, but of what manner has not yet been disclosed.  The announcement came via Dana White's Twitter with a simple:

With the Heavyweight Championship being moved to the Fox UFC debut, November 19th's UFC 139 needed a headliner and it looks to have gotten one.  Dan Henderson will be returning to the UFC's cage to meet former Light Heavyweight champion, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua.  As of today, the card reads:
