2010 has been a great year for fans of TUF, with two seasons of the show and, perhaps, the most entertaining one to date in season 12.  After a couple of disappointing seasons in which the build up to the coaches fight never lead to the actual fight, we will be treated to some resolution when GSP and Koscheck face off on December 11th.   Before that happens, though, we are apparently in for a wild ride in the TUF season finale.

We caught up with one of this season's stars, Nam Phan, who was gracious enough to take time out of his training schedule and phone in.  Nam's affable demeanor and willingness to share his latest techniques online have made him one of the more popular figures on TUF 12.  As you'll see in the audio below, Nam wants his fans to take an understanding attitude into this Wednesday's two hour finale...

"I was supposed to be in it [TUF] back on season five..."

"You'll enjoy the two hour final episode.

It's good for you guys, but really bad for me."

"I really do my best to keep my composure."

"I think all Koscheck was trying to do was protect the Armenians..."

"It's almost worse than jail... or just as bad."

"It's just 14 guys full of testosterone...

With all that you still have to remain calm and composed."

"I think Josh Koscheck has the best chance of beating St. Pierre."

"I plan to go back to 145."

"The further we get from the show, the further I get from my own teammates and the closer I get to the red team."

"Everything will get explained in this last episode..."

I wonder what Nam would have gotten out of being on GSP's team instead...
